This file makes it possible to respond to requests for quotes submitted on the website.

Legal basis of processing

Emission of quotes: the legal basis of the processing is the execution of pre-contractual measures (see Article 6.1.b of the European Data Protection Regulation).

Categories of data

Identity: civility, surname, first name, business e-mail address, business telephone number.

Quotation data: quotation number, details and amount of the requested service.

Recipients of the data

The staff of the BIOLEDGE company is recipient of all categories of data.

Duration of data retention

Data necessary for the issue of quotes: one (1) year if the quote is not issued; if the quote gives rise to an order, the data is returned to our company’s customer file.

Data necessary to carry out commercial prospecting operations with our prospects: five (5) years from the collection of data or from the last contact from the prospect.

Data concerning the lists of opposition to receive from prospecting: three (3) years.
